Anas Khan, an anthropologist and content creator based in Delhi, is renowned for his visual storytelling platform, Unzip Delhi, on Instagram. With a deep-rooted curiosity, Anas chose anthropology as his career, driven by a fascination with the study of people and cultures. Embracing his creative passion, he ventured into writing, traveling, and content creation, discovering profound meanings beyond the conventional perceptions of today's world. Anas aims to bridge the gap between the orientalist approach and the authentic state of affairs in areas like history and culture in the Indian subcontinent. Growing up in Old Delhi amid a rich tradition of storytelling, Anas draws from his lineage's tales, leveraging technology through Unzip Delhi to preserve and share these narratives globally. Through his visual documentation, he endeavors to showcase the history, culture, and diverse traditions that constitute the vibrant metropolis of Delhi and the broader Indian subcontinent.
