Jitendra Gohil Head Research of Credit Suisse Wealth remains unfazed with the ongoing correction in fact is recommending clients to buy this weak patch as he does not expect major acceleration in covid cases from here on. He says as vaccinations pick up pace this rebound in cases will be contained. He expects a peaking of cases by this month-end. He also believes that the fears of the second wave having a big impact on the economy are exaggerated. While he sees this fall in the market as a buying opportunity he expects the midcap end of the market to do well from here on. He also believes that the upcoming earnings season will see a continuation of earnings momentum and will be supportive of market sentiment. Listen in!
