In this practical, we demonstrate the complete deployment of an Azure Virtual Machine Infrastructure environment as part of the LPU ETP Cloud Computing Program.

The practical covers the creation and configuration of essential Azure services including:

Resource Group
Virtual Network (VNet)
Network Security Group (NSG)
Availability Set
Windows Virtual Machines
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
IIS Web Server Configuration
Virtual Machine Resizing
Azure Load Balancer
Backend Pool
Health Probe
Load Balancing Rules

During the practical, two Windows Virtual Machines are deployed and accessed remotely using RDP. IIS is installed and configured on both VMs to host separate web pages. Azure Load Balancer is then configured to distribute incoming traffic between the backend virtual machines, demonstrating high availability and traffic distribution concepts.
