WinCC OA CLI Tool – Command Line Access for SCADA

I have started building a command-line interface (CLI) for WinCC Open Architecture.

As a foundation, I first created a Rust API for WinCC OA, and on top of that a first version of a CLI tool.

The idea is simple: provide a fast and scriptable way to interact with WinCC OA. Command-line tools are a natural fit for automation, DevOps workflows, AI agents, and custom integrations.

In this short demo, I show the first version of the CLI and some initial commands.
