A happy coincidence in the lives of the FoWT diggers
This is a recording of another talk and slideshow given to a members meeting of the Friends of Williamson's Tunnels in April 2024 by Tom Stapledon. It tells the story of a very useful coincidence which occurred while the volunteers were digging out some sections of the Williamson house site during 2017 and 2018. It involves the discovery of a set of architects plans from 1928 which turned up at exactly the right moment to make sense of the things that were being unearthed and discovered at that time.
