Dovetail Log Cabin - Front Gable end and 'Bridge' Build
Summer is coming here in New Brunswick, Canada!
On this video, I build the front gable end of the cabin, work on a 'bridge' which will connect the two lofts, and pick a some fiddleheads.
The 'bridge' will allow me to move from one loft to the other easily. I had originally thought of just making a smaller walk-way, but ultimately decided to make the bridge cover half of the cabin. This will act as a walk way, as well as a possible storage area.
For those of you who do not know about fiddleheads: They are a plant / fern that grows in this area. Usually the come after the flood waters have dropped some and the weather starts to warm up.
Hope you enjoy the video!
