Homemade concert bass drum II

Another attempt at making a bass drum in the home workshop.
The drum shell dimensions are 36'' by 20,5'' (91 cm by 52 cm).
Not every step of the build is shown in the slideshow, though everything is made in the workshop. This drum was made for a customer.
