The water we drink use and see in rivers today becomes tomorrow rain .
when sunlight heats river, ponds or oceans that top layer of water become warm and water molecule absorb heat energy, they start moving faster and escape into the air this is called evaporation and water becomes water vapour , which is an invisible gas. for example if you keep water in the sun it's slowly dries this is evaporation. as the water vapour goes higher it gets cold. Cooling causes vapour to change into tiny droplets , this process is called condensation. all these tiny droplets come together and boom 💥 clouds are formed. Inside the cloud the tint droplets bump into each other,they join , grow bigger, heavier and soon the cloud cannot hold them anymore ,this process is called coalescence.when the droplets become too heavy the cloud cannot carry them anymore, gravity pull the heavy water droplets down to earth.this falling of water from cloud is called precipitation. when the temperature is normal precipitation falls as rain .
