Bong Bengzon says their tourism officers at the NAIA were present to assist stranded tourists during the Xiamen Air plane runway mishap at the NAIA.

Philippine Airlines spokesperson Cielo Villaluna lists the causes of flight delays and cancellations. Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) legal division head Atty. Wyrlou Samodio says plane passengers can call them if they have complaints against erring airlines.
