5 Star Design: A complex plastic injection mold for plastic housing.

This video introduces the plastic housing injection mold structure. The plastic part looks simple, but the side wall has many side holes and undercuts.
The undercut inside the plastic part is the difficulty of the entire mold. A lot of slider structures are used here to solve. The core is divided into two layers. First pull out the large slider at the lower level, which is driven backward by the oil cylinder. At the same time, the holes on both sides also follow the core pulling. The small sliders on both sides are pulled inward by the guide action of the square pins. The bottom core pulling ends. The upper core core is driven by the side cylinders. Due to the special slider base, the two sets of sliders move in different directions. At this point, the core pulling action of the undercut is completed.
There was a delay when the plastic parts were ejected. The ejector first moves a distance to contact the product. After the sliders on both sides slide out, the push plate pushes them out.
