Jump Training: LIFTING HEAVY AF

It's officially the first week of a new training mesocycle! Moving on to more specific plyometrics, but the strength work has become more general so that my body doesn't blow up lol. Also have a big dunk contest coming up in 3 weeks which is the main focus of my training!
