Flash 10.1 on Ubuntu is a Joke

Aleutia's super small HTPC, the Aleutia H1, with Atom 330 Processor, Nvidia Ion Chipset. You should get smooth 1080p YouTube playback with Flash 10.1 because 10.1 is supposed to use teh GPU (in this case a powerful Nvidia 9400) for hardware acceleration. In Windows you do but in Ubuntu Linux you really struggle beyond 720p. You can see the dual core processor (with HyperThreading - so it appears as 4 cores) really maxing out.
