Let's talk about when men ghost you, why it happens and what to do about it and how to deal with it.
One reason why it's difficult to deal when guys ghost is because some guys are awesome and hard to forget.

The key to dealing with it is to let go of superficial social standards and create a life where your validation doesn’t come from men, but it's hard because society measures your worth depending on where you are on the totem pole in looks.

The key to the pain is needing validation and validation is like being paid with counterfeit money. It gets cashed but it won’t convert. Sometimes, getting with someone who’s out of your league is horrible for your self-esteem.

The key to letting go is to realize that this is all a Cinderella story. No one wants to see Cinderella after 10 years. The truth is that men and women pull away. You have to go in it without the attachment but if you become present and realize the pain that’s driving your desire for the person, you'll have sources of happiness or else it’ll be hard to let go.
