Speaking Freely: Oliver Stone
Filmmaker Oliver Stone speaks of how his work elicits strong reactions from audiences, especially the film “JFK”, which was accused of misappropriating historic facts even though it was categorized as a hypothesis. “It’s very hard to really have free, free speech. I don’t expect free speech to exist anywhere in the world – that’s Utopia. It’s all relative, but America is better than most countries,” he says.
