I began asking police officers if they the the First Amendment of the Constitution but more than 99% of them don’t know it. Do you know why that is? Design, maybe? At this point, that doesn’t matter. What does matter is the fact that we’re now able to accurately pinpoint exactly why there’s a disconnect between the people and police.
