Kind of hard to find games that cost a ton to make and didn't sell well because a lot of recent flops have still managed to make their money back. Does that say more about the rise of microtransactions than it does about the quality of games over time? Probably. Maybe that says more about microtransactions being a safeguard against shitty games. Almost definitely.
