Menorca, Spain / Sept 2019 Travel Vlog

Our last stop of our 1-week long Spain trip: Menorca! Menorca is known as the more laidback younger sister of the more well-known island of Mallorca. The island is split into two main areas: Ciutadella, which is located on the west coast of the island (where we stayed), and Mahón, located on the east coast (where airport is located). We didn't rent a car and started our mornings with 35-min walks to the city center/port to have our coffees. The walk also turned out to be a double advantage as a nice way for us to sober up after our evening rendezvous. I loved so much about this quaint island: the raw & rugged cliffs, the turquoise waters, the lack of major tourists, the shopping (calling all Free People lovers), and just the laidback vibe that made for the most relaxing trip. It's just one of those islands I know I'll come back to one day and fall in love with all over again.

⛵The sailing tour I did is no longer available. However, we used
www.getyourguide.com to book the tour. Quite affordable & well organized.

☀️ Weather: Mild to hot, with a nice breeze at all times

🚶Transportation: We walked everywhere in Menorca; however, I suggest renting a car if you are going to be there for longer than 3 days. The roads look extremely easy to drive on.
