Does Deku have the best quirk set? My Hero Ultra Rumble

Happy late night video! Hope you all are doing well. Since PSN servers are down, I figure I could help out my fellow PS players who also play this game by giving them a longer video to watch.

Regarding Deku, he just might have the best quirk set in this game. Each of his individual skills may not deal the most damage compared to other quirk sets, but the way this character can decimate a health bar is insane.
