LOEWE | Repaired in Spain with Juan Manuel Marcilla

LOEWE celebrates craft across time and cultures with Weave, Restore, Renew—a project for Salone del Mobile 2022 in Milan. We gathered over 200 antique baskets from around the world and asked Spanish artisans to restore them using leather strings. Repaired in Spain showcases their innovative and skilful responses.

One of the artisans is Juan Manuel Arcilla—working predominantly with wicker, based in Lezuza in Albacete, Spain.
