Энергия — Буран (Energia-Buran) - Rollout / Erection / Launch / Orbit / Landing Footage

In recognition of the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Soviet spaceplane Буран (Buran), I put together a video showing the launch and landing.

The video footage on buran.ru is only viewable using their embedded Flash player. Since Flash is largely obsolete, (and getting it to work at all on modern web browsers isn't particularly easy) I took some of their embedded footage and converted it to something more easily viewable on modern platforms. The website is also almost completely Russian and somewhat difficult to navigate without being able to read the language.

I take no credit whatsoever for the content of the original footage.
