Cleveland Weather: More sunshine to wrap up the weekend

Your Cleveland weather forecast:

Temperatures slide back into the 30s tonight. Folks lakeside will be a little warmer (perhaps closer to 40°) while those further inland will be fall near 30°. Temperatures fall quickly overnight thanks to the clear skies we have in place.

By tomorrow, things start chilly...but we're back near normal through the afternoon. We essentially get a do over of today's forecast. So, more sunshine to wrap up the weekend! Feel free to get outside and enjoy. This is the time of the year where being in the shade feels much cooler. Don't forget a few extra layers especially if you're headed to Browns Stadium for 1PM kickoff.

If you've been paying attention to the "longer" range forecast...then, you know initially the chance of lake effect snow was possible. Right now, models are backing off of that idea which would be fantastic for Thanksgiving. We're still expecting rainfall to work into NE Ohio late Monday. The wet weather will stick around for the day on Tuesday...things look to start to clear up as of right now for the majority of Wednesday and Thanksgiving itself. Again, we've got time to fine tune the forecast. We'll have the latest on-air and online (aka right here).
