Ingredients
Gravy
3L anchovies (ikan bilis) broth
550g orange potato
550g pumpkin
200g fresh tomato
200g cup tomato purée

Seasoning for gravy
6 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp salt (or more to taste)
2 1/2 tbsp cornflour + 125ml water

Main ingredient
500g yellow noodles
500g vermicelli
300g bean sprouts
3pcs fried beancurd
4 boiled eggs
1 large cooked potato
Crispy cracker - recipe as below
Char Siew (pork) (optional)
Chilli cuttlefish (optional) - recipe as below

Crispy cracker recipe
50g plain flour/ all purpose flour
2tbsp rice flour
1tbsp corn flour
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
3tbsp oil
Pinch of pepper
150ml water

Chilli cuttle fish recipe
300g cuttlefish
1 big onion
400g chili bo
2 tsp sugar (or more to taste)
1 tsp salt (or more to taste)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

Chilli (condiments)
300g chilli giling
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt

Garnish
Lettuce
Grown peanut (ready made)
Fried shallot (30g)
Lime/ calamansi
