The fall season is here, so I headed to Costco to show you all the things you need to buy to stay warm, fuzzy, and healthy. Of course I also showed you a few things to avoid in this Costco shop with me video. I am all about bone broth, but either the ingredients are not good or it's really expensive, which is why you should just make you own. Staying healthy and boosting your immune system is really important when the weather turns cold, but those immune vitamins and fizzy drinks are not good. Stick with turmeric immune shots, hopefully they bring those back to Costco this year again.
