3D Printing: Introduction to Vat Polymerization

Vat Polymerization or Resin 3D printing is another common 3D printing technology used by many to produce a highly detailed product. Like FDM technology, a resin printer builds parts in layers, but it only occurs when each layer is exposed to UV light, solidifying the resin as it follows a specific pattern. Resin products are ideal for producing parts with a high level of accuracy and give a better finishing in a short amount of time compared to FDM.
