simple fast and cheap to make your self but you can buy a factory made one for only a few bucks, they are usefull and work perfect to solves problems for sure with alot of glitches that you can encounter when doing upgrades on some of your rc's tho not need in all rc's you can just ad one for giggles and not have any problems for teh cost to make or buy one they are worth it and works great how ever you have to have a min of a 2000uf 10volt cap you can not go below these specs but you can for sure go above if you want to in fact iam going to build some heavey duty ones and do some testing on larger ones and see how well they work out as well
