Two Story Modular Offices

December's Project of the Month goes to this two-story in-plant office delivered through Kim Waters and Quick Buildings Modular. The new offices added 8 rooms on the first floor utilized as office space and storage, as well as 9 offices on the second floor of the in plant.

With a deck height of 9', the mezzanine was constructed with our bolt together steel design. The stair treds were finished with steel diamond plate, and powdercoated in performance yellow for a lasting finish. The customer needed more space for their employees, and Panel Built delivered.
