You trade AGAINST yourself

You trade AGAINST yourself

Pre-market plan helps reveal something brutal.

You write out your bias. Price should go up. Longs are the play.

Then at the end of the day, you review your trades.

And you find out you were shorting all day long.

This happens more than you think.

Your higher timeframe analysis says one thing. Your trades say another.

The plan is the framework. But did you actually trade within it?

Most traders don't even notice the contradiction.

They had a directional bias. Then completely ignored it.

Here's how you use pre-market planning correctly...

Set your plan. Then at end of session, compare it to what price actually did.

How close were you? How accurate was your analysis?

But more importantly - did you TRADE your analysis?

Because if you thought price would go up and you shorted all day?

That's an easy area for improvement right there.

You're literally working against yourself...
