In this video, "How To Repair Rotten Wood Flooring | Sub Floor Water Damage" I will show you the process of replacing water damaged/rotten flooring!

While replacing the flooring in my laundry room I discovered that some of the sub flooring had some pretty nasty water damage.

The sub floor needed to be replaced before continuing on with the new flooring.

I decided to film the process so that if you, the viewer, ever encountered rotten sub floor then you'd know how to fix and replace it yourself!

It is important to fix rotten wood that has been exposed to water.

It will only get worse and can be very expensive if left unattended!
