Linguine Cacciatori

Marinara sauce, was so called because it was made from ingredients bright from across the Seas by Mariners. Based on a marinara sauce recipe, in my latest video I demonstrate how to make my Linguine Cacciatori

170gm diced and cooked chicken
One sliced shallot
One heaped teaspoon each of ;
Sea Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Basil
Oregano
Garlic granules
Paprika
Parsley
One pinch of Cayenne Pepper
One glass of wine
One tin chopped tomatoes
One table spoon each of;
Olive oil
Tomato puree
Ketchup
