22 Days and 52 Minutes
My poor attempt at completing several 22-day Athlean-X challenges (Posture, Push-up, and Pull-up) simultaneously in 22 days. In addition, I try to learn how to do a handstand and planche. I run a bit and intermittent fast, sort of. Last but not least, a clumsy attempt at speaking German.
