Visual Snow Syndrome and Its Relationship to Tinnitus
A presentation on Visual Snow Syndrome and its relationship to Tinnitus. Also, the management of bothersome symptoms using mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation.
Presented by me, Matthew Renze, at the 24th annual international Management of the Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Patient conference.
All of the information available on how I learned to manage my visual snow symptoms is available in these two videos and one article:
Everything is still the same for me as I described at the end of the videos. I still have all of my symptoms; however, they are significantly less noticeable now and they don't cause me stress like they used to. I still meditate daily, I eat healthily, I get regular exercise, and I enjoy life. Honestly, I live a happier and more productive life now than I did before Visual Snow!
If you'd like more information and would like to stay up-to-date on news about Visual Snow, I recommend keeping in touch with them. Please know you are not alone in this -- together, we can all make a difference!
