I remember staring at the embryo report

I remember staring at the embryo report.

Beautiful blastocysts.

The doctor was optimistic.
The transfer went smoothly.
Everything looked perfect.

So when the pregnancy test came back negative, I was completely blindsided.

How could a “perfect embryo” fail?

For a long time I believed the answer was simply bad luck.

But eventually I learned something most IVF patients are never told:
Embryo viability is shaped long before transfer day.

Energy production inside the egg.
Inflammation in the body.
Blood sugar stability.
Sperm DNA quality.

These influence whether embryos survive or stop developing.

And they’re shaped in the 90 days before retrieval.
I wish someone had explained this to me before my earlier cycles.

That’s why I eventually built a structured preparation plan before my next round.

If you’re preparing for IVF again and want the embryo preparation framework I used, comment PLAN and I’ll send it to you.
