✨ Over the years I’ve hosted a ton of kombucha brewing workshops.

One of the very first I ever ran, I was so nervous… and then so disappointed. I looked at my watch, sulked a little — no one had shown up.

Or so I thought.

Then I heard a knock at the door. I opened it…
and there were 100 people standing outside, waiting patiently for me to open the door.

It was one of the most surreal, humbling moments of my journey — and it reminded me that people do want to learn, they just need someone to open the door.
