Technique: It's best to keep him away (ap rape and push) while you kill the other monsters in the mob. After other mobs are dead, try to get all characters away from edges so that when he attacks a character, the full 3-space glyph can be cast. Once the glyph is cast, get 3 characters to end their turn in the glyph, and he will be vulnerable for one turn.
