Tree Climbing Lions - Shenton Safaris

As the sun begins to set the young lions become more active. Often play fighting or winding up mum, until she gets up to hunt.

On this occasion they decided to climb a near by tree. For one little cub it was all too much and she watches her brother from the ground. Lions have been recorded climbing trees in isolated cases where they face extreme climates.
