Arrowverse: Ranking the Main Villains

Check out how I would rate the main villains from Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
NOTE: This list is not based on strength/power. It is purely my opinion on my least favorite villain to my favorite. List your ranking in the comments below.

Also, I did not include the Legion of Doom since I ranked their members separately. They are not new villains. They just teamed up to work together so I ranked them separately. I know that Snart was part of the team but he was there for only 3 episodes so I did not include him. If I were to include the Legion on the list, they would be at #5 below Merlyn.

Also, I know that CADMUS was not the big bad of Supergirl season 2. I included them because they were the threat for the majority of the season while the Daxamites only came in for the last few episodes. I still see CADMUS as the overarching threat in Supergirl so I included them in the list.
