High Protein Savory Muffins Recipe #recipe #shorts
These Savory Oat & Cheese Muffins are one of my favorite meal-prep recipes. 🧀
Soft, cheesy, packed with protein, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack the next day.
Ingredients:
• 200 g rolled oats
• 150 g cottage cheese
• 50 g shredded cheese (plus extra for topping)
• 100 ml yogurt
• 2 eggs
• Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix the yogurt with the oats and let them soak for a few minutes.
2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Divide the mixture into a muffin tray.
5. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
6. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 25 minutes.
The result? Golden, cheesy, satisfying muffins that taste amazing fresh and are just as good the next day.
