The first run in this video uses the aura grind trick on the last invincible tank. Going for this in the second loop is extremely dangerous. Your timing for maneuvering around the tank's red bullet spray has to be perfect; you'll either die instantly if you're too slow, or you'll get trapped behind the bullets if you move too fast. This won't be a risk I'll be taking any time in the remotely near future, but it's something I wanted to do at least once.

The second 4000+ hit chain in this video is much easier to pull off consistently, but I don't think it has as much hit potential if both routes are perfectly executed.
PS. I blurred the scores out because these are just practice runs, and I don't want someone to see this video and think they're real scores. For the record (and for my own information), the first run gets 911.5 million out of the stage, and the second gets 910+ million (I quit playing just before the max bomb bonus finished ticking lol).
