ingredients:
250grams butter
160grama of sugar
4pcs egg
270grams of self-raising flour
sifted
1tsp baking powder
11/2tsp cinnamon powder
2pcs Green apple peeled and dice

Method:
cream the butter lightly melt and sugar until glossy.
add egg one at a time and beating well each addition.
add flour with cinnamon powder and baking powder little by little mix well
preheat the oven over 180c.
and pour the batter into paper cups and bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 23-28 minutes.or until golden brown remove and leave to cool.
