Pepperoni and mozzarella stuffed, Italian bread buns! #food

Pepperoni and mozzarella stuffed, Italian bread buns.
Dough:
1. 1/2c of warm milk
4 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp onion powder & flakes
1 tbsp salt
4 cups of bread flour
1 stick of melted butter (unsalted)
Warm your milk to 110 degrees. Add yeast and sugar, mix and allow it to sit till your yeast blooms, about 5 minutes.
Continue adding the rest of your ingredients. Once everything is mixed set your timer for 8-10 minutes and allow your dough to mix. Once that is done, cover and allow it to rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Flatten your dough, work it for 5-10 minutes on your counter.
Allow it to rest 15 minutes. Now divide the dough, and form into rounds. Rest 10 minutes, now flatten and fill.
They allow them to rest 30 minutes. At this point preheat oven to 400 degrees. Egg wash, and bake, mine baked 20 minutes.
Garlic parm butter
1 stick of melted butter
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Salt
Parsley
Parmesan cheese
Mix, and add to your buns! Serve & Enjoy!
