The SHELF that will NEVER SAG | Custom Aluminum Extrusion Shelf

This Aluminum + MDF panels DIY Shelf is built for my Study Room, which has an odd-shaped space behind the door. For many years, the space was collecting mess and junk, but now, it is fixed with this custom-made DIY Shelf, a massive home decor & home improvement. A shelf that is capable of carrying heavy weight, considering I use it to house bottles and bottles of screws and nuts, and I will never want the shelves to sag over time, therefore there is aluminum extrusion shelf support on every layer.

Many Unique methods to create useful and aesthetically pleasing joinery are displayed in the video. Anyone can build this custom-made Shelf if they want to, because there is no such unique furniture anywhere in the world that you can purchase off-the-shelf. This DIY project has been technically challenging, but the end results proved the efforts worthy.

Overall Height and Width of this shelf is 1920*1200mm. Anyone with the need for a shelf with approximately this dimension will benefit from downloading the 3d model. This model will utilize slightly over 47.5 meters of aluminum extrusion.

This custom made shelf has a top left shelf height of 397mm and 5 more shelves of 258mm height. For the left side of the shelf, I am placing bottles and bottles of screws and nuts properly labeled for easy organization. On the right side of the shelf, there is 13 shelves of 119mm height. For this right side, i will be placing 26 assortment boxes to categorize my vast amount of tools that badly needs to be organized right away.
