In this episode, I speak with Danyar Diving. A St. Pete, FL local, 200' Freediver, and spearfishing machine. Danyar shares some of his favorite recent spearfishing memories including the stories behind his 70lb cubera snapper and 100lb wahoo, both speared in the Gulf of America. Along with a massive black grouper he took in Puerto Rico at depths over 120'. We also discuss the importance of dive safety and ways to prevent unwanted accidents from happening, particularly shallow water blackouts.
