How to use IR receiver + TV remote with Arduino. And how to download IR Library and add Library.

In this video, I want to show my a bit knowledge about IR receiver controlled by TV remote using Arduino uno. IR receiver needs its library in Arduino IDE Program and the link to download the library is in the description below the video.

These are the components needed:
-Arduino Uno + USB cable
-Circuit test board
-LED * 2
-Resistor 220-ohm * 2
-Jumper wires
-IR receiver+TV remote
