Basic Photography and DSLR Workshop (Chapter 9 of 12)

This two-hour presentation (broken up into 10 minute segments) goes through basic photography terms including explaining aperture, shutter speed, iso. Following is an in-depth description of hardware to understand lenses, full-frame vs cropped sensors and many of the functions found on DSLRS including drive mode, white balance and more. The last half is spent on brief overview of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom vs Photoshop, basic editing, RAW vs JPG, High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos and pointers for basic shooting. After watching this presentation, a user should have a decent grasp on shooting on manual settings for astrophotography, nightscape and overall daytime use with their DSLR.
