Healthy High Protein Sesame Noodles

I will never get tired of this meal, I seriously crave it ALL the time!

Today I used:
1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 1/4 cup frozen shelled edamame
6 1/2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage)
6 pieces leg style imitation crab
1 red bell pepper
2 packages Thai wheat noodles
Soy sauce
2 tbsp kinders teriyaki
9 oz blackened chicken
Garlic salt
Onion powder

I divided it into three equal portions and each one came out to 9 WW points, about 550 calories, 43g protein, and 10g fiber!

This meal is so easy to mix up and use whatever you have on hand as well!

Some other proteins I liked to use include shrimp, ground chicken, and salmon and other veggies include carrots, mushrooms, or snap peas 😋
