After countless heartbreaking playoff loses over the last 10+years, he and his capitals surprised the hockey world with a magical spring. After wins over Columbus, Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay, the Washington Capitals defeated the Vegas Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup Final, so that Alexander Ovechkin hoisted his first ever STANLEY Cup.
