BAYANIHAN (ᜊᜌᜈᜒᜑᜈ᜔)

BAYANIHAN | a spirit of civic unity and cooperation or communal work among Filipinos. For instance, men & women of the community volunteering to move a traditional house to new location. This has become a traditional symbol for the concept of bayanihan. About 15-30 volunteers are carriyng the house to the family’s new place where the house owners serve food to the volunteers at the end of the move
