Assembly and Operating Procedures

* No assembly needed *
-Can be only be modulated a little bit for temperature.
-Only used for grill marks for 5-6 pieces at a time.
-Only mark one side then finish in oven.

Disassembly and Clean up
- *No disassembly*

Notes
-Has a hot spot which makes it inconsistent.
-Talk to Erwin if using.
