Case A: Identical Signal Chain The most common mistake. Layering identical setups leads to maximum phase cancellation and a significant loss in transient definition. It adds bulk, but sacrifices the "edge" needed for low-tuned clarity.

Case B: Mixed Amps (Fortin & Nolly) A step forward in filling frequency gaps. Combining different harmonic structures from various amp models provides a richer texture, yet remains limited by the source instrument's inherent voicing.
