Live TV coverage (recorded at the end of the tape until it ran out) of the Canberra returning to Southampton from the Falkland Islands on 11 July 1982.

Sounds like Alistair Burnett doing the commentary so I believe this will be ITN (ITV) coverage.

Off air recording made onto Philips Video 2000 format tape, hence dodgy playback (compared to VHS) when copied to DVD after 28 years (in 2010, and now finally uploaded in 2017) - the recorder still played back, even if some tapes have deteriorated a bit.
